NOT-SO-GOOD-NEWS first: My blog site was hacked at end of Feb 2017. All contents and posts were lost. It seems unlikely that I will be able to retrieve any at all. Well, so be it. I pray Almighty to get people to stay busy with constructive work and not destructive like this; Ameen. If it is the work of a malware, I don’t know if our prayers will address that!
Now GOOD NEWS: May be this hacking is a blessing in disguise. I was not active lately and hence the loss of contents is smaller. That is how I am consoling myself. Yet another comfort is, that in past 10 years, succeeding with my own health issues, I have fine-tuned my own opinion about health and nutrition. So, the earlier blog posts needed some updating anyway. Since all old contents are lost, it is good opportunity to restart blog again and let new, current and time tested information. Our aim is: “How to live long and healthy life, simply by eating WholeFood Plant Based (WFPB) diet and by adopting right life style”.
After practicing medicine for 30 years, suffering and successfully “reversing” Cardio-Vascular Disease (CVD) and Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) I almost instinctively know what to read, and who and what to believe and follow. I hope this is useful to readers.
I would like to disseminate such reliable information amongst those dear to me through this blog. I am not in research but I now know where I find trusted research results. Everything that I will post here is from other reputable sites, who generally publish results of evidence based practices.
